About Me.

About Me.

About Me.

Enterprise product design & research for complex, data-heavy systems—including AI/agentic and human-in-the-loop experiences.

My name is Michael Lattanzi. I design and research product experiences for enterprise platforms—making complex, data-heavy workflows clearer and more usable.

Over 15+ years I’ve owned high-impact work across HCM/SaaS, healthcare, fintech, and telecom: modernizing legacy systems, shaping AI/agentic interaction models, running discovery and journey research, and turning ambiguous problem spaces into coherent patterns teams can ship.

I operate comfortably as a hands-on principal designer and as a design leader. The through-line is the same: systems thinking, clear interaction models, research that changes prioritization, and craft standards that hold up in production.

Focus

  • AI / agentic & human-in-the-loop experiences

  • Enterprise platforms & design systems

  • Journey mapping & service design

  • Mobile and self-service at scale

  • Research synthesis → product direction

How I work

  • Start from the system: workflows, constraints, and decision points—not screens first.

  • Use research to invalidate assumptions early, then lock patterns teams can reuse.

  • Pair agentic/AI concepts with clear human control, trust, and progressive disclosure.
