Interaction Flow Diagrams

These flow diagrams are an example of the various types of diagrams I've created.

Typically produced to support design direction discussions around steps required within a service experience.

The diagram visualizes the end-to-end process and quantifies the interaction stages or steps.

Interaction click trees were created first to ensure all steps were accounted for before visual design began.

Visual mockups were created based on the interaction flow diagram to gain final approval from business partners: product development, marketing and legal.
